The Villa is a spacious and modern villa in the middle of Canggu and just a short walk from many of our favorite cafes and restaurants with Finns Beach Club and Berawa beach just 5 mins drive away. The villa itself has fabulous design, with high ceilings, quality fittings and wonderful spacious feel with rice field / river views. The Villa is a stunning luxury villa, seamlessly combining modern architecture and contemporary Balinese design, nestled amidst Bali’s tropical countryside and rice Paddies. Arriving along the private driveway, past the fountain and white Balinese stone walls, you will enter the villa through the beautiful open plan living area, flooded with natural light from the large bay windows and skylight. The separate lounge areas and spacious kitchen and dining areas afford uninterrupted views of the tropical gardens featuring beautiful lawns and a large infinity swimming pool. The three large luxury bedrooms are situated upstairs. All bedrooms have AC and Wi-Fi and feature stylish Indonesian handcrafted hardwood beds with elegant luxury bedding. The third bedroom is a very practical family room featuring both a king-sized bed and full-sized bunk beds. Located on the ground floor beside the living area, the fourth bedroom offers effortless access and is ideal for guests requiring wheelchair-friendly accommodation. This elegant space features a king-size bed, tasteful furnishings, and large glass doors that fill the room with natural light and open to garden and pool views. The bedroom is fully air-conditioned, equipped with a flat-screen TV, and a private ensuite bathroom, ensuring comfort, privacy, and convenience throughout your stay. The Villa is in the very desirable Canggu area of Bali. It is a short 5-minute drive to famous Berawa Beach, 15 minutes to Batu Bolong beach and Echo Beach. You can also reach the Canggu Club in 5 minutes and Seminyak in 15 minutes. There are a host of friendly and delicious coffee shops and a wide range of excellent restaurants just a short stroll from the villa.
