This Villa means the Green House, which explains the lively colour interiors throughout this lovely 4-bedroom luxury Berawa villa. Nestled at the end of a street fronted by paddy fields, The Villa features two sundecks, and a raised swimming pool. Dining for ten next to a grand fully equipped kitchen gives way to the lush living room in hues of cream and green. The stairs ascend to the TV room resting centre stage between all 3 first floor bedrooms, each with balconies and a view. All walls are adorned with artwork in wood, tile, and extravagant wall paper depicting verdant flora. The fourth bedroom on the ground floor, leads off to one side of the living room, also in shades of white and green, with a generous ensuite bathroom showcasing vertical Moroccan style wall tiles complimented with a similar floor tile. The villa can either be accessed by the garden gate which leads to the pool or through the secure carpark, which fits one car and multiple scooters. The carpark front door opens into the living room, while the garden entrance heads down a tile path to the villa front where an 11 m by 2.5 m luxurious raised pool invites guests to relax. Two sets of sun loungers at both ends of the pool, each with white fringed, deep blue sun mattresses, provide magnificent sunbathing comfort.

The dining table comfortably seats 10 people. The blue white tea service is eye catching, along with the glassware stocked cupboards. Further cabinets in dark green house purified water, oven, microwave and two-door fridge, with coffee plungers at attention on the shelves above. Upstairs, centered between all the bedrooms, sumptuous green sofas face the massive 65” TV. Behind the sofas, glorious dark jungle wall paper mesmerize, while the side wall is adorned in firefly woodwork. Here, green edged wood and glass doors lead off to each bedroom. All bedrooms feature ample wall artwork, with green and white bedspreads, throw pillows, hanging and storage space, ensuite bathrooms, carpets, plenty of lighting to suit different moods, the design reminiscing a tropical colonial dream. The Villa is located at the end of a street in north Berawa. The villa is surrounded by empty land, with partial views of neighboring paddy fields and farmland. The main road is a simple 5 minute walk, while a scooter or car offers easy access to all the extensive spas, cafes, bars, beachclubs, and shopping that Berawa is now justly famous. Within minutes from the villa, guests can access the short cut to Jalan BatuBolong, or travel on Jalan Pantai Berawa to Finns Recreation Club with the Pepito supermarket close-by, leading further on towards Seminyak
